Commuter Benefit Programs
Transit Pass Program
Make MARTA an easier and more affordable option for employees. We help employers offer discounted MARTA passes through a simple, supported program with no fees or participation minimums. Employees receive 20% off unlimited monthly passes, with options for pre-tax payroll deductions and direct pass delivery.
Rapid Ride
Provide longer-distance commuters with sustainable options. Rapid Ride is a subsidized vanpool program for commuters traveling into the Perimeter District. Employers can partner with Perimeter Connects to help match employees with similar routes and schedules. For $75 a month, participants receive the vehicle, fuel, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and Express Lane access.

Workplace Outreach & Events
Bring commute options directly to your workforce. Through on-site events, lunch-and-learns, campaigns, and personalized assistance, we help employees understand their options, take advantage of benefits, and find alternatives that work for them.
Customized Materials & Toolkits
Receive program launch and promotion support. We’ll provide the communications and implementation resources you need, from posters and email content to intranet copy, policy templates, guides, and employee toolkits. All tailored to your workforce and program.

Cox Enterprises
Cox Enterprises partnered with Perimeter Connects to outline a variety of commuter benefits, offering discounted transit passes, designated carpool parking, bike racks and showers, flexible work arrangements, and last-mile shuttle access.
Perimeter Connects works with Cox to support and promote these benefits, helping employees understand the options available to them and make choices that best fit their needs. Cox was also recognized as a 2026 Best Workplace for Commuters for its commitment to providing transportation options for employees.

State Farm
Perimeter Connects’ partnership with State Farm has become central to the company’s commuter benefits program at Park Center. Perimeter Connects works with State Farm to provide ongoing commuter education and resources for its employees. Through quarterly onsite outreach events and a customized employer microsite, employees have regular access to information on transit, rideshare and other commute options, as well as Georgia Commute Options programs, campaigns, and incentives.
State Farm also partners with Perimeter Connects on the district-wide commute survey, giving its team insight into employee commute patterns and helping inform its commuter benefits program. In 2026, the Park Center campus was recognized as a Best Workplace for Commuters.

Insight Global
Perimeter Connects partners with Insight Global to make transportation information more accessible and relevant to its employees. A customized employer microsite brings these resources together in one central hub, giving employees easy access to the resources and benefits available to them.
